Dear Dearest Commissioner,

Given our recent problems, we have decided to add several inches of dirt to the pitcher's mound. Also, we have assigned another player - a "designated hitter", if you will - to hit in place of our pitcher. Pretty cool, huh? You might want to let our competition know. ;-}
