"Bars and Tone" is my favorite show. Wow, this site has been exceptionally craptacular lately. It's hard to update with so much going on - people being here, hauling stuff, looking for camera accesories. (I'm thinking that updating will give me something to do on New Year's Eve, though. Yay.) December 24, 2000 The Christmas season being one of the few times I'm actually busy, you can expect significant updating in a couple of days (and, at the very least, a color scheme and image change to the layout). I have added a short entry, from yesterday. I would have added it then, but the internet didn't like working. December 19, 2000 Yay! The internet is working again!
December 18, 2000 Michael's choir concert, which was supposed to take place last Wednesday, was rescheduled for tonight. It's supposed to snow/sleet all day, so it may have to be canceled again. If not, I might be going. The search queries are not going to be updated, at least for a while. I may do something with them come 2001, but for now, they're just... there, waiting. I skimmed through all of my entries, and I found 40 broken links (there a probably a few more that I missed). I decided not to count the ones that are outdated, but still go somewhere. December 17, 2000 I could add InLive! to this site. Then, every time you come here, it will say, "1 visitors currently on the site". I have added an entry. I now have Christmas presents for TWO people! I'm way ahead of last year! December 15, 2000 Michael thinks that the name "Claquesous Demitra" really works. I agree. I'm all for the snow, but I could do without the ice showers and 50-below wind chills. It's Friday? How is that possible? December 14, 2000 I don't know where my family is. I have added an entry. I attempted to update the search queries again, but it still isn't working. I think I'll try renaming and moving those files. Michael decided to go out in the snow, barefoot. It really did sound like a good idea, at the time. December 13, 2000 I have posted a rather half-assed update to Ask a Pirate. Actually, it goes beyond half-assed... it's maybe one-third-assed, at best. ("But I was using my whole ass.")
We're supposed to get 3-8 inches of snow today. Those predictions are rarely true, these days. It is horribly inconvenient to get a lot of snow tonight because of Michael's choir concert, so I guess it could happen... December 12, 2000 The Christmas pirate has been sitting around for a while, waiting for me to link him. I was finally able to upload an entry from yesterday morning. It died in the middle of uploading the update I was doing to the search queries (gotta love the partially uploaded main page). I'll fix that, and update Ask a Pirate, as soon as I figure out how. (Maybe I should download a new FTP program.) "It's a warm 7 degrees outside." December 11, 2000 I have a lot of things to upload, but it's been extremely difficult to do it. So... updates once I can get them to work. (Actually, trying to put this message up might destroy my index page. Hmm.) December 10, 2000 I spent most of the night watching Michael create a bitchin' Chris Pronger skin for The Sims. Yay, Pronger! December 9, 2000 La! I have the best idea for an image, but i can't figure out how to do it... December 8, 2000 It makes a lot of sense to release this bit of Les Mis news after the December 8th show... Instead of sitting here and doing nothing, maybe I should consider going to bed. I have added a very short, very boring entry. I consider it a small step in the right direction. December 7, 2000 Blah... I planned to update and, of course, did not. Maybe later today, or tomorrow morning... Google's list of pages similar to tasty-pirate.org is pretty nifty, as far as those things go. December 6, 2000 I'm trying to read an article on OnHealth, and it keeps giving me these "the page you requested is being generated" messages. (It does this fairly often.) I want to know why Rezulin was removed from the market now. I have updated the search queries. (A section which falls into the "cheap content" category, and also, most likely, into the "amusing only if you run this site" category.) I do plan to update again (with non-cheap content!) one of these days. I've been far too busy wallowing and sleeping for insane lengths of time the past week. December 5, 2000 On a Jumble I worked earlier, this was one of the puzzles: I play The Sims only to build really cool houses. I could care less about my people. (Well, it was pretty annoying when Bill disappeared for days, but that was because he lost his job. Loser.) December 4, 2000 The St. Louis Blues' 2000-01 Yearbook should be titled, "Icing Called Against the Blues". That's the thing I've heard most while watching the games this season. December 3, 2000 Beavis and Butthead Do America is a pretty good film. I just got a SPAM email advertising a program to block SPAM. That's special. I really need to come up with a pointless little project to keep my brain occupied (but not too occupied). December 2, 2000 I hate it when I go to a page that's supposed to have something about Hanson, but really doesn't have anything to do with Hanson at all! I remembered to clean Rat!
